Has anyone heard of Don Anderson (Las Vegas) or Juan Romero (Albuquerque) or Sammy Salinas associated with Salinas Investment or David Jackson of Wichita Falls (a registered investment advisory) being involved with a UN program to redeem older bonds?

No, no, and no, but I will bet you local DA and State AG have, and I would strongly urge you to contact both of them ASAP. Do not under any circumstances give these people any money, and distance yourself as far as possible from them, like yesterday.

This is a scam, from start to finish, this is a scam. This is a very old and tired scam that seems to resurrect itself every few years.

There is not now, and never has been a "UN program to redeem older bonds". The UN has enough problems without trying to pay off defunct paper.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
