MJMM & Big Apple Consulting--FL businesses

Has anyone had any experience or dealings with these two related entities? I believe they are PA Corps doing business in FL. MJMM offers services to small cap companies to assist them in getting listed on bigger exchanges, obtaining financing, etc.,. Their names have come up in relation to various companies they have represented, including but not limited to:

HMWM.PK (Humware)
HISC.PK (Homeland Integrated Security Systems)
EVSY.PK (now WTCT.PK) (WatchIt Technologies)
MTPW.PK (Metapower)
CNTL.OB (Centale, Inc.)

If you look at the charts on these companies there is a dramatic loss in shareholder value in the last year following their consulting agreements with MJMM & Big Apple. It looks like floats/issued shares were increased dramatically to raise cash, with a corresponding crash in share prices. There were also a series of transactions among some of these companies (HISC-EVSY_WCTC-HMWM).

EDIT: BTW---these guys could just as easily have been duped by the CEO's of these companies to put out news releases to pump & dump their own stock.

They position themselves as corporate movers and shakers and list as one of their "successes" acquiring a 50% interest in a comic book store in Florida.

It's all in the words GL...) Joe's Diner could be "A unique concept using a truncated menu to provide fast, affordable food service to the hourly wage earner." A Garage? " The Complete Automotive Day Spa." Heck, I'm going into Blue collar IPOs!

Read through the "Headlines" go to Pink Sheets.com (company info) and see the story for yourself. A series of "good news" stories, followed by the issuing of over 2 billion shares of stock dumped on the market, followed by a 20,000 reverse split, the issuing of another 60 million shares given to EFT and all shareholder value sucked out of the company.

Pink sheets are, of course, a high risk investment, even more so when the intent is to defraud investors.
