I hate to say this and hope sincerely that I am wrong, but this may end very badly. The tone of that post is very unsettling.

Seconded.

I hope the Police are appropriately prepared. Seems likely that BvT may attempt to harm himself or others. Needs to be humanely subdued and sectioned for psych assessment.

Thought I'd dip in, see if there were any developments (none - yet.

There are an interesting couple of recent posts on The Baron's FB;
Mike Ward
Dave, I know it's a cliche, but it is true. When one door closes another one opens. Time to leave this shit and focus on the free energy project you've been developing. I'll be there in a little while
Crack on then Dave, there's a fortune to be made if you can achieve free energy.

This one's been up for an hour;
Stephen P Whelan
Have any of you actually read the back ground of this case. Basically the baron and his wife get divorced and are both awarded equal share of the house, the baron was given the opportunity to buy out his wives share he refused basically he wanted a free house, so the house was ordered to be sold and the proceeds split the baron refused. It's the Barons moronic obstinanace and refusal to negotiate with his ex wife that has lost him the house not a corrupt system
And this gem;
James Colman
Well I am guessing all them emails from your make-believe embassy worked then David? The lesson to anyone following your story is that freeman arguments have never worked, will never work and that the law sooner or later catches up.
So not quite the groundswell of support he might have been expecting.

It's his wife I feel sorry for, what's happened to her whilst he's been squatting in the family home free of charge for the last 8 years?

Paying rent somewhere because she can't get her share of the equity, where there any children?

How selfish and self centred can one person be, the ones egging him on should be ashamed of themselves.

Mr. Ward has a real talent for never letting you forget that he's an asshole. Every time I start to feel a little sympathy for the man, he says something like:
what we all know is nothing more than a Terrorist Company/State

I can be modest and still say that no one in 800 years has done this to the same extent.

this company is so compartmentalised and so incompetent that there sub office officers can wilfully be guilty of Fraud and Malfeasance in the office

Needless to say that Caroline has felt the wrath but in a very nice way. Caroline is in full knowledge of the fact that Caroline is sat upon a powder Keg and that Powder Keg is about to blow.

From here on in there can only be more death and Acts of terrorism.
In the end, "Baron" David Ward is just another special snowflake. All this nonsense was about an ordinary divorce. All he had to do was let the house be sold, and the proceeds would probably have covered the measly 7,000 GBP endowment shortfall, and left him in good stead. He probably spent more than that on paper, ink, postage, and custom baronial seals. Now he's probably headed to a homeless shelter. Another case study on the true costs of getting out of debt free.

But then she would have won! Better to destroy everything, including his own life and welfare, than to concede that Baroness von TrampBeard might take her share and enjoy a new start.

The comments are nothing if not pithy and on point, at least most of them. There are always a couple of the clueless egging on the equally clueless.

Nor roar of universal admiration he thought was his just and due.

And as for being modest, he isn't even slightly, I can't think of anything he's accomplished that literally thousands of other idiots haven't accomplished over the years. He's just possibly noisier about it.

Steady on, now. Let's give credit where it's due -

# We are an accomplished legal expert, famed for the epic Warrington parking ticket appeal which overturned all statute law.

# We are an international IT expert, we built the first Mac with Steve Wozniak and wrote the flight software for the F35 JSF, while designing the global banking system.

# We are a dashing secret agent, cleared for secrets you will never know, fighting evil villains on the roof of moving trains etc.

# We are the sovereign ruler of all police and council departments, embassies and benefit offices, they dare not disobey our epistles.

# We are a frightened, lonely old fool, despairing at our own insignificance and wishing she would please come back please
(ignore above, we were hacked by evil Santander operatives)

# We are a UNESCO registered nature reserve, hosting 4 rare species of fleas and an endangered colony of bats in our ample beard.

# We are in fact the 3rd best Gandalf impersonater in Warrington, not merely top 5.

Be honest, ND. Can you match even one of those achievements?

Let's hope the silly sod stays away from his former baronial hall and the long-suffering ex Mrs Ward finally gets to sell the place.

I thought it was Santander who repossessed due to mortgage shortfall, they'll sell it for a pittance, minus legal costs.

I wouldn't be surprised if they both end up owing after its gone.

Except for the Baron's feelings, which are likely crushed. His volume of paper failed to save the day. Probably due to the inherent corruption in the system.

This comes to mind:

ARTHUR: Old woman!
DENNIS: Man!
ARTHUR: Man, sorry. What knight live in that castle over there?
DENNIS: I'm thirty seven.
ARTHUR: What?
DENNIS: I'm thirty seven -- I'm not old!
ARTHUR: Well, I can't just call you 'Man'.
DENNIS: Well, you could say 'Dennis'.
ARTHUR: Well, I didn't know you were called Dennis.
DENNIS: Well, you didn't bother to find out, did you?
ARTHUR: I did say sorry about the old woman, but from the behind
you looked--
DENNIS: What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior!
ARTHUR: Well, I AM king...
DENNIS: Oh king, eh, very nice. An' how'd you get that, eh? By
exploitin' the workers -- by 'angin' on to outdated imperialist dogma
which perpetuates the economic an' social differences in our society!
If there's ever going to be any progress--
WOMAN: Dennis, there's some lovely filth down here. Oh -- how'd you do?
ARTHUR: How do you do, good lady. I am Arthur, King of the Britons.
Who's castle is that?
WOMAN: King of the who?
ARTHUR: The Britons.
WOMAN: Who are the Britons?
ARTHUR: Well, we all are. we're all Britons and I am your king.
WOMAN: I didn't know we had a king. I thought we were an autonomous
collective.
DENNIS: You're fooling yourself. We're living in a dictatorship.
A self-perpetuating autocracy in which the working classes--
WOMAN: Oh there you go, bringing class into it again.
DENNIS: That's what it's all about if only people would--
ARTHUR: Please, please good people. I am in haste. Who lives
in that castle?
WOMAN: No one live there.
ARTHUR: Then who is your lord?
WOMAN: We don't have a lord.
ARTHUR: What?
DENNIS: I told you. We're an anarchosyndicalist commune. We take
it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week.
ARTHUR: Yes.
DENNIS: But all the decision of that officer have to be ratified
at a special biweekly meeting.
ARTHUR: Yes, I see.
DENNIS: By a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs,--
ARTHUR: Be quiet!
DENNIS: --but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more--
ARTHUR: Be quiet! I order you to be quiet!
WOMAN: Order, eh -- who does he think he is?
ARTHUR: I am your king!
WOMAN: Well, I didn't vote for you.
ARTHUR: You don't vote for kings.
WOMAN: Well, 'ow did you become king then?
ARTHUR: The Lady of the Lake,
[angels sing]
her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur
from the bosom of the water signifying by Divine Providence that I,
Arthur was to carry Excalibur.
[singing stops]
That is why I am your king!
DENNIS: Listen -- strange women lying in ponds distributing swords
is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives
from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
ARTHUR: Be quiet!
DENNIS: Well you can't expect to wield supreme executive power
just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!
ARTHUR: Shut up!
DENNIS: I mean, if I went around sayin' I was an empereror just
because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me they'd put me away!
ARTHUR: Shut up! Will you shut up!
DENNIS: Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system.
ARTHUR: Shut up!
DENNIS: Oh! Come and see the violence inherent in the system!
HELP! HELP! I'm being repressed!
ARTHUR: Bloody peasant!
DENNIS: Oh, what a give away. Did you here that, did you here that,
eh? That's what I'm on about -- did you see him repressing me, you saw
it didn't you?

I'd love some, especially if they are in Salford, Bury or Tottington (where one of my great-grandmothers was born and raised).
Check your PM's. I actually managed to recommend a Salford and a Bury pub. Out of luck on Tottington though.
