"Make millions helping
me defraud somebody else..."
Dear Friend,
It is with utmost faith and confidence that I write to you
to seek your honest assistance in respect of secured funds.
I am a very close cousin to the wife of Mr. Jerry
Rawlings former Head of State of Ghana. Due to my closeness
to MRs. Rawlings, I was made the Chief Security Officer in-charge
of our political party (NDCP) National Strong Room where
party valuables, properties, including large sum of money
were kept in boxes for political campaign against the strong
and very rich opposition party (NPP) which eventually won
the Presidential elections. Our party spent millions of dollars
during the three months campaign from the grassroots level
to the national level without proper accounting system.
As it is always the case in Africa, few days to the Presidential
Elections it dawned on my party (NDCP) that the opposition
(NPP) was going to win the elections. Our party stalwarts
started to loot party properties to themselves, in this process
I and one of my colleagues in the strong room agreed and
removed four boxes containing US$65.3M to the Republic of
Nigeria and lodged it into a security firm.
A new president from the opposition has since won the elections
and sworn-in. Now that the coast is very clear we need an
honest, capable person (like you) who will help us in moving
this funds out of Nigeria to an Overseas Account.
For your assistance in moving the funds out and depositing
it in your bank account you will keep 25% of the total sum.
And another 5% will be set aside incase of incurred expenses.
We will also be willing and happy to do joint venture business
with you, which we may consider profitable in your country.
I am also using this opportunity to plead with you to immediately
come to my rescue for I am tired of staying with my nephew
in Nigeria.
I am expecting your immediate response through my fax number
234-1-759-0410 or e-mail address.
Thank you and God bless.
Yours sincerely,
KOFI AMAH.
