They used to operate from a compound outside of Stayton, Oregon until it was seized for nonpayment of property taxes (The group insisted it was tax exempt because it was an foreign embassy).

The leader is "Pastor Paul Revere" (Craig Douglas Fleshman), a former Oregon DMV computer systems analyst.
