PCSOs come out due to a call concerning the welfare of Colin's children, who have been seen hanging out the window on the first floor and mention is made of a sign with ''help'' written on it. Obviously, this is ridiculous, Colin's children would do no such thing.

Not two weeks later and one of Colin's kids has taken a tumble from the bedroom window. Maybe the idea was put in their head by the visit of the police, but I love the mockery and ridicule of the PCSO by the Colin in the video compared to the mild-mannered, caring father in the sympathetic newspaper report.
