It's a warrant of restitution and the "little bird" was the postman who delivered it. If he re-enters after the next eviction he can be be jailed.

He'll have to get his bail conditions revised, as that's his bail address for his upcoming criminal trial.

A little dicky bird informed me of a further attempt to evict me again. But it seems the county court have given up and under the courts own initiative they’ve passed it on to the high court for enforcement purposes. If the high court decide to go ahead with the enforcement, it will be interesting to see if the police want to get involved again after their last unlawful actions.
One can only dream that DCBL Ltd. gets the enforcement contract and we get to see a professional production video of the upcoming eviction.

Use of force

The HCEO and his team are permitted to use force to gain access to the property. This may include specialist method of entry teams to gain access via a roof, via other buildings, or by water, as well as the use of locksmiths and even builders, if substantial barricades have been put in place.

During the eviction, the HCEO and his team of enforcement agents may use “reasonable” force to remove the occupants. “Reasonable” will be determined by the circumstances of the case and the occupants themselves.

Try that down the pub love, see how that works out. Crabbie knows that the cops read his posts, he mentioned being shown an extract in a police interview so either Plod is turning a blind eye to abstraction and theft or he hasn't actually done this and is bullshitting. I just hope no-one gets electrocuted or their house blown-up living next to one of these morons.

Somebody might just ring the Gas Board and tell them that there is a strong smell of escaping gas coming from a certain property.....

Things progressing, if slowly, he has now been given notice of an application to pass the eviction to High Court enforcement.

He has it in hand though ..
I have voided the possession order under common law with the void order documents, which was delivered to Medway county court 13th February 2020. Should be a good test for the void orders

Well he's right about that much and I'm 100% confident that the test will produce a negative result.

Dear Nic@Medway County Court,
Are you legally trained? I cannot make it any clearer and it's not for you to make any decisions. It is not a request, please make sure you forward them to the appropriate judges, District Judge Thomas and District Judge Suh. The void orders have been filed on record at the Civil Court of Administration at the Royal Courts of Justice in London.

All quiet at the moment, hopefully the penny dropped.🙄

UPDATE.

Good Afternoon,
I don’t see how whether I am legally trained or not is of any concern. I was enquiring what the issues were with the orders. To “void” your bankruptcy, you must apply to the Court to annul your bankruptcy but you would have to complied with the Official receiver beforehand as the matter has gone beyond the Court order.
If you need any assistance with the procedures in Court, please feel free to ask.
Regards,
Nic@Medway County Court

My reply.
Dear Nic@Medway,
Are you the Court Clerk? If not, please pass my correspondence on to whomever may be the Court Clerk. Also, I must remind of this, courts exist to do justice, to guarantee liberty, to enhance social order, to resolve disputes, to maintain rule of law, to provide for equal protection, and to ensure due process of law. They exist so the equality of individuals and the government is reality rather than empty rhetoric.
Hopefully you now understand where I’m coming from. Staff in HM Courts & Tribunals Service cannot give legal advice, so will not be able to advise in their opinion what I should or should not do. It’s quite simple, if you are the court clerk pass my correspondence on to the judges concerned, if not, pass it onto the court clerk to pass my correspondence onto the judges concerned.
Regards
Robert White

Seems to me that our friends over at 'Council Tax is So Unfair - Why Can't We Be Like Somalia?'* are missing a trick.

Landlords and businesses are using unoccupied buildings to house "snail farms" in a city and avoid business rates, a council has been told.

Bradford Council heard that buildings said to house snail farms were being classed as agricultural use and therefore avoided the charge.

The council's revenue and benefits team told councillors: "A lot of people are trying to use avoidance tactics."

A senior officer said they were "snails in a box nothing more".

Given my experience, this is just the council officers bringing some light relief to a meeting, rather than pointing out an actually successful scheme. As anyone involved in planning knows, this would require a change of use application, so not only could they be done for council tax fraud, but additionally for flouting planning laws. :snicker:

You'd think so, although Bradford is known for lax enforcement on planning matters.

However, the report in the local paper seems unambiguous.
Martin Stubbs, assistant director of Revenue and Benefits at Bradford Council, told members: “A lot of people are now trying to use avoidance tactics. Some of these aren’t illegal.

“We have a number of snail farms in the city. Because they are classed as an agricultural undertaking they are not liable for rates.”

The BBC report linked above concludes with this for fans of Escargot farming everywhere;

[qoute]In 2018 Kirklees Council was awarded £16,000 costs following a successful prosecution for the avoidance of non-domestic rates in a snail farm case.[/quote]

So not quite a sure-fire winner.

The reports I could find on the Kirklees case are a bit muddy, but it looks as if the scammers made the rookie mistake of not actually installing any snails on the premises.
Giving evidence to the court was a heliciculturist (snail farmer) Mr Walker who had surveyed the premises highlighting that the property was not set up for any form of snail farming.

Good Morning,
I am a Clerk of the Court or Court Officer and I am merely giving you procedural advice as the Judge will not normally allow applications if made in an informal manner.
Your paperwork was sent to the Judge who commented as follows;

Upon the Court considering the document filed by the defendant Mr Robert White. Upon the Court noting that this purports to be an application to set aside the order dated 13th August 2018. Upon the Court noting that a formal application has not been made. The Court is not prepared to accept this as an application. For the avoidance of doubt the order dated the 13th August 2018 remains in force.

Dear Nic@Medway County Court,
Thank you for your reply and confirming that you are a Clerk of the Court or Court Officer, we seem to be getting somewhere now.
Is Nic@Medway County Court your full name? If not I require you to confirm your full name as a public officer, a public officer is a person who carries out a public duty and has an office of trust.
Was the judge who commented on the paperwork District Judge Thomas? As the date referred to concerns the void possession order, and District Judge Thomas is the one who gave the original order which has now been voided. The judge concerned needs to understand the NOTICE OF VOID ORDER is not an application or an appeal. It is a notice to the court to inform the court that the judges original possession order decision has been voided. If the comments of the judge were not from District Judge Thomas, please make sure the documents go to the correct judge.
The other set of documents need to go to District Judge Suh, please make sure District Judge Suh receives the documents as soon as possible.
