I am indebted to the unlearned idiot for the reminder...
I'll be laying in some pop-corn for this epic battle to the death between a real court with the will and the power to enforce its judgements and the play court with no powers at all.

What are they trying to charge them with
Robert White
Not sure what the charges are mate but it was for sending a summons to 3 sheriffs to appear at a common law peoples court.

My what a powerful lot of stupid.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
Interesting to speculate on what combination of eye dialect and simple inability to hit the right keys could get us from "signature" to "suunatud".

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
"Suunatud" appears to be Estonian for "targetted" which makes me suspect De Leon is Estonian and has an Estonian auto-correct. I would certainly hope her degree of mangling the English language is impossible for all but the most illiterate native English speaker.

Nice detective work, gang. I was intrigued by "suunatud" but had no idea where to go with it. Sounded Mongolian to me. I was way off.

To be honest my intuitive deduction of the facts has less to do with similarity to a fictional consulting detective and more to do with sticking it into Google Translate and letting it auto-recognise the language.

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
Is there any news of the dynamic duo’s guest appearance at Paisley Sheriff Court today?John SMITH SCS/2018-114520 PA18004245 Court 5
Robert SPROUL SCS/2018-114520 PA18004245 Court 5
I haven’t seen any news reports about the Scottish judiciary being routed and in disarray so I would guess that it was another resounding victory for our heroes.

Re: The comedy court of Common Law
The video in question shows the mass turnout of ten woke people (including the two defendants) spending 90 seconds deciding where to stand and two minutes of Rab C Sproul talking shit about the end being nigh for the 'corrupt system' and appealing for support.Robert White shared a live video.
Not spoken to John yet but this from Robert Sproul on todays case in Paisley, adjourned once again until February
I don't understand why HHJ Smith J and Rab didn't just tell the sheriff's court to get stuffed. Why did they even bother turning up if their court is the most powerful court in the land with decisions that are finally final and unappealing unappealable? It's almost as if they don't actually believe their in the power of their play court and are scared of being arrested on a bench warrant for non-appearance.

Was this actually supposed to be a trial date or was it just an arraignment?

Good luck, tell us how it works out!

We know that the common law court has said that council tax is not lawful so Im proposing that any summons to court are sent to the common law court to have two lines across those summons with null and void printed on them or stamped and common law court . This would grow until nobody is paying council tax no having to go to maritime courts and if they send the police out inspite of the common law court addressing the summons then we must in my opinion have common law officers ready to to inform any police that common law is the superior law they must adhere to

I wonder how long it will take before they start to realise their play court doesn't work, never has worked and never will work.
