I thought the surname 'Thyer' was familiar; Smith was involved with another of Noakes' associates, one Lesley Hutchings, so his appearance in this case might be expected. An article about her from last year is here:

There's an unsuccessful High Court appeal on Bailii -
https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ad ... /1185.html
Only read the first bit, but they didn't half rake it in selling snake oil.
Worth noting that her partner in crime was caught & tried here & plead guilty. He got a 15 month stretch.
She turned to the PLD page a couple of years ago saying she's been arrested in France for making creams in her kitchen (bit of a difference to the £11m they alledge was made - lots of money in cancer desparation !!) and the French Magistrates had confiscated her passport and ordered her not to leave the Country.

She now will have to await trail in a French Prison whilst they extridite her alleged partner David Noakes from the Channel Isle, probably another 18 months.

Funnily enough her Counsel in the appeal didn't appear to mention that the extradion was a Big Pharma Conspiracy to shut down their miracle cancer cure, now why would they be

Seems the CLC is in league with the vile Belinda McKenzie, infamous harridan and promoter of the Hampstead Hoax

In a brilliant legal move HHJ Smith dazzling oration single-handedly ensured that Thyer’s bail was revoked and she is to surrender to custody to await extradition.

Another astounding win111!!!111

A stunning win for M'Lud John Smith. In a nutshell, the court refused to allow him to speak (because he's not a solicitor or barrister, and so can't represent someone in court) and he was ordered to be removed from the court, all his attempts last week to get someone to talk to him at the High Court and Supreme Court resulted in abject failure but, undeterred, our valiant champion of the underdog refuses to give up and insists that the authority of the Common Law Court is paramount. His next step (which is, er, the same as the previous steps) is to return to the High Court to enforce recognition of the CLC order (made in the High Court of Sizzlers Indian Restaurant, Dundee) which quashed the extradition of Lynda Thyer.

(Video is public, so should be visible to all, even without a Facebook account.)

A motley bunch of miscreants was present - mostly pensioners (including John Timbrell, the Gloucester FOTL nutter) and the chronically unemployable. They are all appropriately attired for court attendance - the bloke in the purple t-shirt is even wearing a suit. A track suit.

So, when this gets to France are do they have a plan to deal with a country that has no background of Common Law (real or imagined) in their justice system?

Extradition was not a common law item as I recall, so how could common law have any authority over it. Smith et al, just running around in circles accomplishing nothing. Except our amusement.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

PLD Dave isn't a fan of John Smith, not because he spouts bollox but because he doesn't spout the correct sort of bollox ..
Shhhhhh don't mention the 'T' word....even though it is HIGH TREASON to allow ANY foreign jurisdiction control over this land according to our ancient and wise common law constitution (Coronation Oath - Magna Carta) it also states as much within the 1688 Bill of Rights under the heading "Supremacy".....no mention of that nor that the fake courts are committing high treason and sedition by not observing the laws of our land....he hasn't been dealt with by a "judge" he has been dealt with by an imposter impersonating a judge who is actually part of a criminal corporate and treasonous business....If John isn't going to supply the facts as a spokesperson for the common law court then he is no bloody spokesperson of mine ....frankly disgusted!

So much win in that video!

I like the introduction by the well-spoken Lady. She made it seem like it was a monumental victory, when in fact it’s another Tom Crawfordesk “win”.

Interesting group of people.

Yeah, but we can see where this is going. King John. Magna Carta...
Image

However, for history buffs out there the Normandy barons revolted in 1201 and John lost the lands in 1204 to the French King Philip II which sadly for the CLC and the cancer cure scammer was before Magna Carta and did include Cherbourg. :snicker:

That's no lady. That Belinda McKenzie, fresh from her efforts that saw Sabine McNeill get 9 years for stalking and herself a contempt of court sentence of six months suspended for two years.

Ah, ok. I used the term only to describe her appearance. Obviously personal presentation can be deceiving.

Another similar report via the new GOODF. It appears the HHJ Smith wasn't claiming to be her advocate, he was claiming to actually be her .. http://goodf.forumotion.com/t3572-lyn-thyer#23370
handle Yesterday at 9:19 pm

Well ....Crane didn't turn up this morning at Westminster Mags, despite saying "see you at 8:30am" at the end of his video.

I was looking for this as to when he would be there and became suspicious as he didnt mention that he would or would not be there, until the 8:30 comment at the end.

There were about 65 people there and the judge threw out the case in 20 mins. John Smith insisted he was Lyn Thyer. The judge said but Lyn is a woman. Johnj said that he had acquired all the legal rights to the name Lyn Thyer. The Judge refused to see the paperwork which, to my experience, should have been filed at the court before the hearing (even if its a weekend, as only 3 days notice of the hearing was given).

I was surprised that most of the support did not realise that Westminster Mags is where the chief Mag of England and Wales and specialises in extradition. Rumours were abounding that the supreme court handed down to a lesser court, but this was not the case.

Lyn didn't turn up at court, but there is now a warrant for her arrest "for her protection".

I'm very disappointed that the motley crew outside the court didn't go 'I'm Lyn Thyer', 'No. I'm Lyn Thyer' in Spartacist mode.

And even more disappointed that they're not decorating the London equivalent of the Appian Way as a result, obvs.

Too bad the Judge didn't say
You are now? I have a warrant for your arrest, now that you mention it. Bailiff, lock this idiot up! We'll have the Habeas Corpus hearing in, lemme look at my dockets...ummm, January 7th, 2034. Does that work for you? Well, good then, no bail, and I'll see you at that hearing.

Now that's interesting. If you followed his Paisley case, whilst they disregarded most of the charges against him the breach of the peace finding was because he refused to identify himself to police. Might be interesting if someone was to "join the dots" for the courts!
