I think we can chalk up another CLC !!!success 1!!
John Simpson I know John Smith, he came to my case at court for allegedly assaulting 2 police. Common Law Jurisdiction was claimed, I had a satisfactory outcome. I have been to 2 other Convened Common law Courts and the man is legit !!
He lives at my hometown...

James Fraser Ciool what was the outcome John

John Simpson Rather than go to a common law trail by Jury, The Judge known as a Sheriff in Scotland made a deal with me to defer sentence for 6 months on good behaviour.
So, pled guilty then :haha:

:haha: So he plead guilty in the equivalent of a Magistrate court to get a suspended sentence/conditional discharge instead of taking it to a jury trial even if that was possible?

So what’s the latest with Lyn Thyer, has she been extradited, cleared of all charges now the CLC has become involved :sarcasmon: or has she done an old fashioned runner ??

Maybe she's holed up in the sovereign equivalent of Hole-In-The-Wall with my Poriskyite runner Debbie Anderson and America's Winston Shrout.

For those prepared to put up with sixteen minutes and thirty one seconds of incoherent gibberish here's a video from (former?) Clown Court tip-staff Robert 'See You Jimmah!' Sproul explaining how he's been refused leave to appeal his recent conviction.

For those without the desire to waste their time it boils down to him sending meaningless gobbledegook to the court and the court throwing it out because it's meaningless gobbledegook. Meads vs Meads even gets a mention.... Which is more than The Common Law Play Court does.

I write to confirm that despite lodging paperwork with the Supreme Court for an appeal, I have been informed that they will not hear it.

The appeal was required because the High Court in London have refused to hear my challenge to the authority and jurisdiction of the courts and the crown and then they refused me an injunction hearing, to stay further action against Lynda Thyer.
Two words... "No" and "Standing".

The government and the statutory courts obtain their authority from the people. - Correct.
The people created the government and the statutory courts. - Close enough.
The government and statutory courts are fictions. - Clearly not otherwise why do you apply to them?
Fictions cannot have authority over their creator. - Gibberish.
The statutory courts believe that they can ignore and an order issued by the Common Law Court and the people . - And they are right.
Judges believe that they are not accountable for their behaviour. - Well they do have judicial immunity under real common law.
If you are refused the right to a hearing, how can this be lawful? - Why do you want a hearing in a fiction?

They've been spamming various whacko groups with this long moan about the establishment is ignoring the Common Law Court at every stage ...
"Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done."
Where in the world can you be jailed for coming up with an apparent cancer cure?
Despite the Magna Carta, The Declaration of Arbroath and the Bill of Rights, we have no justice in this country.
The existing statute judicial system is a registered corporation, trading for profit and is not there for justice.
How many people do you know that have cancer?
How many people do you know that have died from cancer?
Is it acceptable to withhold an apparent cancer cure from the people?

David Noakes and Lynda Thyer have been persecuted for daring to develop an apparent cancer cure. The pharmaceutical companies, supported by the state, have jailed David Noakes and have obtained an extradition order to send Lynda to France where she will stand trial.

Now what about our wonderful statute justice system?

On Lynda’s behalf, a lawful challenge was lodged with the High Court in London and then with the Supreme Court, the result was that they would not allow the lawful challenge to be heard.

Lynda’s representation was then refused the right to address the Westminster Magistrates Court and was escorted out of the court, the trial continued with Lynda deprived of the right to defend herself, the result was the issue of a warrant for her arrest.

On Lynda’s behalf an appeal was then lodged with the Supreme Court but despite being an appeal court they refused to hear it.

In a final attempt to address this unlawful behaviour a Lawful Notice was served on the Lord Chief Justice and the Secretary of State for Justice; this Notice was ignored and the prosecution continues.

Do you believe it is acceptable for the UK State to retain any standing on the World stage, in relation to justice, where the state offers no reliable justice in this country?

The Common Law Court gives you the opportunity to restore our system of justice. David Noakes’ next hearing is at 10am on the 2nd August 2019 at Southwark Crown Court, London, where he has already submitted a lawful challenge to the authority and jurisdiction of the Crown and the Courts. As this lawful challenge has been lodged, the statute court are required to deal with this before they can proceed.

We call on all men and women who wish to show their support, to attend at this hearing between 9.30am and 10am. We have the opportunity to confirm that the behaviour of the statutory courts is treasonous, unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated.

....although Noakes admitted he was constantly "toning down" the claims and no-longer said GcMAF was a cancer cure.

Noakes, 65, pleaded guilty to charges of manufacturing, supplying and selling the unlicensed medicine and money laundering.
And

Didn't notice you and your hangers-on, rent a mob, SovCit, FOTL buying any for Guy Taylor. Or was the 600+ Euro price tag too much for you all?

Cancer cure - Something which can be shown to cure cancer at a statistically significant rate and which has side effects which are acceptable given the likely outcome of not using the treatment.

Apparent cancer cure - Everything else.

Such an amazing moral compass these people have. You think a court seeking legitimacy wouldn't want to lobby on the behalf of such a despicable scam. (Speaking of which, aren't courts supposed to be neutral, or something?)

Anti-vaxxer, freetard stands his ground in court after being stopped with no licence, no insurance and a Common Law Clown Court number-plate.

Gets remanded in custody... Changes mind...

Enjoy.

Anti-vax idiots are the lowest of the low imo.

They can cause direct harm to the vulnerable and know virtuality nothing about medical science.

Shameful people.
