Now I can't vouch for the authenticity of what appears below as I cannot trace the original post and the information comes from no other than Tobe Hayden Leigh:

Look out, O'Narnia sent out another begging letter....[delusional]
"Warm Salutations.
First and foremost, I trust you and yours are happy and well, despite the continuing ruination of this world by WEF-controlled puppet politicians, off their faces on cocaine, with their trousers on back to front and their flies undone.
Further to my last newsletter regarding the future of UCT and major changes to the way we must proceed, I can now elaborate upon, explain, clarify and set out the new remedies, strategies and planning.
Therefore, rather than doing so in writing, I will be presenting it all in a private webinar on a secret date in the near future from 7-9 PM, in which every committed member of our community is invited to participate.
However, given the fact that our continued security and progress necessitates occasional demonstrations of commitment and because of significant and ever-increasing costs continuing to be incurred, only those who have become an official community member by subscribing for £20 per year, will be able to participate in the webinar and future UCT-related events and this repeatedly compromised mailing list will soon no longer be used.
By adopting such a position, when [not if] in the near future UCT Bank acquires a banking license and the funds required for launch, only committed UCT members and existing Lien Creditors will be issued with all the necessary information and documents to benefit from it. None of this will not be made public and will be treated as strictly private and confidential.
From a personal perspective, I am simply not in a position to continue shouldering the financial responsibility of keeping All Things UCT online and on track and it's not fair or logical to expect the relative handful of us, who have thus far done the vast majority of the work and/or provided the funding required to allow us all to move forward, to continue doing so, unless everybody is sharing the financial burden that isn't going to ease until UCT Bank is up and running.
In other words, for us to be able to continue to dedicate the time and resources required to found UCT Bank, launch the asset-backed, credit based financial system and create UCT's political vehicle for radical change, a modest annual UCT membership subscription of twenty quid is a pre-requisite.
Nevertheless, if you have contributed to the covering of the UCT operational costs to date, myself and the rest of the community already owe you a debt of eternal gratitude and you will all soon be formally honoured as UCT Sponsors throughout the darkest of days.
But it is now time for the aforementioned contribution imbalance to be appropriately addressed by asking everybody within our community for an equal and affordable contribution every year, starting from today, which is less than the sum each of the UCT Sponsors currently contributes on average annually.
So regardless of whether or not you are already a grantor, a trustee or a beneficiary, please subscribe at the link below to affirm your status without delay and officially become a UCT Community Member:
Officially Become A UCT Community Member
Since some of the trustees I consulted about introducing membership subscriptions don't think £20 per year is enough, if you want to contribute more you can add however much you want in the Tips Jar after becoming a member.
Throw A Tip In The Jar
Just to clarify, this invitation to officially become a committed UCT community member is open to every genuine subscriber to this mailing list.
In return for becoming an official member, you will be placed on a new private mailing list, retain your existing benefits of having free use of all UCT-related legal documents and processes, in addition to gaining free access to all UCT webinars, seminars, new remedies and censored content, as well as continuing to receive these newsletters about the latest developments in All Things UCT"
So, it's business as usual any time soon (don't hold your breath).
