You also attempt the same with pornography in the amount of over $2k.
You crawl into debt to pay for the above items and try to deduct the $5k it cost you to do so.

Having just gone through an LLM program, I assure you it is all top notch tax education. (at least my institution) However, LLM programs are not really covering personal income tax in much detail. So, for instance, the head of the program stated to program participants that LLM tuition and fees were deductible. But that is not the case in the broad sense - only in very limited circumstances. Fortunately, I qualified, but most of the program participants did not. So, it wouldn't surprise me that an LLM would not properly deduct a personal expense.

That said, its inconceivable that an LLM would think that prostitution fees would be deductible. My guess is that this person suffers from some mental issues that are clouding his judgment.

A great tax lawyer, for whom I worked when I was fresh out of law school, once said, "The IRS says a tax return is suposed to be an honest and good faith effort to comply with the law. Some of us say it's just an opening bid."
