Irrespective of all of the aforementioned suggestions, remember that a retired IRS employee is quite similar (in retirement status) to a US Marine.
Taxes are the price we pay for a free society and to cover the responsibilities of the evaders

The only thing about "Emeritus" is that it's more of a title for someone who is retired and/or semi-inactive. Andy K is still going strong with us.
