He should be registered with the ICO for processing personal data, not for offering financial services that would be the FCA.

However that does not shed any light on why Colon has made this request, unless he is covering himself in some way .

Anyway more crap Peter Fraud of England or now Pieter Fraud of Germany

I might have expressed that poorly - I meant that he'd need to notify the ICO that he was processing personal data if he was offering financial services.

But he only appears to be offering one very specialist service, which is liberating people of their money! I'd love to think that his 'ATM' is just him in a box yanking money through a slot.

ICO registration has nothing to do with what business you run or services you provide, it's all about how you process a persons data, and there are exemptions:

https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gu ... xemptions/
organisations that process personal data only for:
staff administration (including payroll);
advertising, marketing and public relations (in connection with their own business activity); and
accounts and records;
some not-for-profit organisations;
organisations that process personal data only for maintaining a public register;
organisations that do not process personal information on computer
Considering Petey operates out the back of a van, I can quiet easily see him just running a ledger in a book, which would make him exempt from ICO registration, especially if the website had no other personal information stored on it other than names and numbers.

I'm only five minutes into the first video, but dear lord - the amount of drivel coming out of his mouth is truly unprecedented, even for him. Aparently he's not just revolutionising banking, but he's going to sort out farming, pharmaceuticals, workers' unions, insurance and education...

... mate, might want to figure out how cheques work first before you move on to reinventing the entire workings of the every industry and societal convention on the planet.

He's now talking extensively about milk. Doubling the price per pint, or something, for some reason. Farmers shouldn't use iron or steel in their ploughs, apparently. Ceramic or bronze alloys only. "It destroys the magnetic field of the Earth... and all the lower kingdoms, the fairie kingdoms, they don't the metal... it destroys their environment." {8 minutes into the first link}

I shit you not. Peter of England is talking about the harm caused to fairies.

And an entire room full of people - including a man who looks suspiciously like Uwe Boll - is taking him very seriously. Just when you think you've seen it all with the WeRe bank madness, this happens.

And the whole set up looks very expensive. The Germans are obviously treating him way better than we were over here :thinking:

I thought this was a joke.

It's not. It's an actual f*cking quote.

I had the video on my second monitor while working, and literally did one of those comedy double-takes when I heard that in my headphones.

The second video is a peach, too. He expands on his "polarity principle" nonsense and TEH POWER OF DA RUNE, which is designed to weaken the will of those who see it into accepting WeRe cheques. Something to do with the eye of Horus, obviously.

The cost of setting up a network of ATMs is huge. The cost of the machines, the computer and network infrastructure. The rent and installation at each location. The maintenance and the restocking. Banks can afford it because they are cheaper than branch staff. But when your only costs are a shared mail box with some two bit hooker outfit...

Not only that, but why would they be needed? Surely the latest scam, I mean payment method involves promissory notes which are legal and lawful tender (cough). When a mark, sorry, customer can write their own notes, why do they need a machine?
I used to be the lead auditor for Link Interchange ( which is the central computer system which operates the ATM system throughout the UK) and is owned and paid for by the banks which use it. Unless things have changed significantly since I left, I really don't see Link accepting an unregistered bank into the Link net work.

If not PoE then someone else will be taking these idiots out and we might as well get some entertainment out of it as we're all paying to mop up the mess one way or another regardless of who's making it.

You seem to have failed to factor in the polarity principle and, more importantly, the power of the runes. I expect that will be enough to make LI happy to both SPIT and SWALLOW.

A new post slagging off the Brits for 'fumbling' Pete's wonderful bank. typically, to reinforce his 'right-on' credentials with the conspritard community he refers to it as a 'JEWel' although, - brain fade here - if it's his pet project does this offhand anti-semitic swipe point to himself?

I'm hugely confused.

https://www.facebook.com/Peter-Of-Engla ... 179700768/

Apparently a collection of beardy Austrians have attempted Anschluss between one of their creditors and WeRe Bank - with predictable results. The video is in German but the comments are very interesting - you'll have to let Google Translate do the leg-work for you.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfPcr4O ... e=youtu.be

The blurb accompanying the video says, in part;
The sad thing is that the banks are not only refusing to accept legal tender for the repayment of loan installments, but somehow deceive by this behavior and their own shareholders ... because by the credited balance sheet reductions could immediately new so-called 'loans' grant ...
Why the Sparkasse OÖ does not want that? Why do they provide any information but hiding behind the police? What's the matter with the relevant authorities? Why the FMA warns against the Bank were? Should they not warn rather before the Sparkasse? Should not it be the FMA, in which the savings bank would show now? ... ???
Good Morning!
I think the FMA must be the Austrian equivalent to the Financial Conduct people here in the UK. Some of the comments are from fellow travellers but there is sense elsewhere - apologies for the Google translate but you'll get the idea;
Wolfsfrau1000 Ha ha, the stupidity of the people is really limitless! Do you really think any sensible bank takes some worthless paper dirt of a so-called " bank " , which absolutely does not have permission to operate in the banking business ? ..... Who is there even a purely Euro invested in this strange " Were" Bank so that only one has done : Depp tax paid . ... I mean , are all nice and sympathetic people anyway , but that apparently does not protect against that one has more straw than brain in the head . .... And then the matter of the police ..... loooooooool You do not really have much knowledge of the matter have to see what that's all for Sinnbefreites babble . .... That you can still get in hot water so myself , you could ev . As incitement qualify for fraud .
So Austrian banks are giving WeRe cheques "Das Boot" too.

Anyway, back to the UK and a host of postings from the rag-tag followers, some sycophantic, others complaining about 'customer service' i.e. there is none. At all. Before they are all forwarded to the WeRe complaints department (that's to say, deleted) here's a selection of Sunday morning weirdness.
Tom Boyce I don't know if you still on your own Peter but customer service is worse than the TSB atm. I feel u in my heart but my brain asks y?‬
Pete responds to this but his Caps Lock is playing up again;
‪Peter Of England‪ TOTALLY AGREE - BUT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOING TO GET BETTER - WERE BRINGING MORE PEOPLE ON SOON‬
Well Tom whaddya expect from a bank that operates out of a PO Box and has a mobile as the sole point of contact?

Then we have Grace
Grace Corbett l have been fighting since Nov.2015 and Royal and Scotia Banks refuse to honor any of them.....they are now compromising my credibility and livelyhood ...WHAT CAN BE DONE.... we have supplied ALL forms and information to them?
Pete again...
Peter Of England KEEP AT THEM - IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE CHEQUE/LLT THEN IT'S PAID - IF IT GOES TO COURT ARGUE! THIS CAMPAIGN - WHICH ALL OF YOU FORGET - IS LIKE THE ANTI-APARTHEID MOVEMENT IN THE USA IN THE EARLY 1960's ......STRUGGLE STRUGGLE STRUGGLE - ANS IS THE PLIGHT OF THE BLACK MAN ANY BETTER EVEN TODAY? Marginally so, but without that battle and street demonstrating what would it be now?
Bollocks Peter, pure shite and empty rhetoric. How dare you conflate the struggle for black emancipation with your worthless phoney bank? "If it goes to court argue!" Yes, argue away to yourself as you head down the steps, enjoy the thrust of debate with those nice G4S types as you board the prison bus, dazzle Wayne and Tyrone your cell-mates with your brilliant repartee into the wee small hours.

A more typical WeRe 'customer' chimes in;
Angela Cronin I sent out 4 WeRe cheques and none of them were paid!!! Disappointed and disgusted is an understatement
Which of course goes unanswered. To show that there is simply no telling some folks, Natasha gets today's I'm a fuckwit prize;
Natasha Harvey When I started this everything peter said to me made sense although I didn't really understand it all fully. But I thought sod it lets challenge some of the banks. And what I learnt is they are vile bullies. They brushed me aside in their intimidating and belittling manner. But not one convinced me peter was wrong in anyway. They called me fraudulent along with Peter. But failed to ever prove this. What the actually did was add fuel to my fire. I think everyone has to weigh up who they are challenging and what they have to risk. It's harder to challenge your mortgage when you need to put a house over your family's heads BUT i have had success by continuing to pursue them, although they have never put it in writing they have left me alone. Peter is not a 'messiah'. He has merely shown us a way. We have to make the change individually. We could definitely do with a better customer service for WERE bank for sure!!
You're right about one thing Natasha, he's not the Messiah, he's a VERY NAUGHTY BOY! There, couldn't help myself. Oh, and June Clarke, another lass with her head well and truly up Peter's arse is feeling the frustration;
June Clarke I was successful with some..and i have been helping others with theirs....The problem we have Peter is the banks have closed the doors on WeRe cheques.....and no matter what we say..it's a no, no...even the fact they have refused the payment.....
gets the following response from Pete Von Großbritannien
Peter Of England AND THAT'S WHAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEGUN TO DO - TURN UP WITH THE LLTS AT THE BANK - INSIST THAT THEY PROCESS THEM - IF NOT THEN CALL THE POLICE - SO ALL OF YOU SHOULD BEGIN GOING TO THE BANK - MAYBE THE SAME BRANCH - THE STAFF WILL BE VERY EAGER TO HELP - OTHERWISE THEY'LL REFUSE TO TURN UP FOR WORK!!
That's right call the police, get yourself locked up for fraud, great advice from Customer Services. HSBC with whom I have had one or two fall-outs over the years have never suggested that I commit fraud, for all their faults.

Great entertainment from all concerned, thanks for the Sunday morning laugh, keep 'em coming!

Yes, really clever strategy to try and cash a fraudulent check and then make a scene at the bank and call the police. Really clever, cuts down on the police work though.

One would think that the fact that the banks are refusing to even accept the checks would be a clue, but apparently not, PoE picked his collection of the brain dead well.

I honestly wonder what it's like to live inside Peter's head sometimes. His latest FB ramble:

TERMINATOR TECHNOLOGY IS ALL AROUND YOU

I suppose the only people madder than PoE are us for giving him so much air time. An upside to this parade of internet lunacy compared to a tour of Bedlam is, I imagine, the interweb doesn't smell nearly so bad as Bedlam must have. Sadly, though, there's one other important difference which comes with removing the walls to the asylum. The loonies seem able to cook up schemes which stink to high heaven and affect all of us without sanction from the authorities, which is one difference we could do without.

Oh well, back to pointing and laughing.

First, I have to say I am very impressed, He seems to have fixed the sticky CAPS LOCK key, or perhaps he has purchased a new keyboard with some of those new Euro notes he pocketed recently. Next, he reads the Daily Mail Online, really The Daily Mail Online? This is the source for a post. How believable. :sarcasmon:

His whole "Get off this planet" thing I believe, has to do with "Creating our own planet within the existing planet, on another frequency that will be its own planet within another, in sight, but out of phase. Reversing the polarities. All this positively reinforced by the showing of the Rune, which will imprint its image on the DNA of the person viewing, with repeated showings, so that the power will become embedded, and they will understand" or something like that which he was on about in the latest German videos.

Don't forget the whole Faerie kingdoms and the need for non-iron based tools. In regard to Peter I think it's quite sad that he's considered not dangerous enough to treat, while he is at the same time too ill to actually seek treatment. However I doubt that he would have been that much better off before care in the community became a thing. I would suggest that back in the day Peter would have wandered the street passing out flyers warning of an impending cataclysm and urging people to listen. It wouldn't have worked, because he wouldn't have met enough people stupid and crazy enough to believe him.

Now thanks to the internet he can put up a video and the stupid, the crazy and everyone else can find him. Peter and indeed a great many of these misadventures are the result of the internet not having any filter on what information is allowed to be on it. It also allows those who have a desire to be different to reinforce their beliefs by finding information that confirms their pre-existing position.

Would Peter have been treated in bedlam? Maybe, maybe not, but he certainly wouldn't have reached as wide an audience as he can through the internet.

Look at the benefits. Thanks to the internet, we are no longer subject to the aromas of Bedlam, even if we are still subject the the screechings thereof.

Although it is a scam, WeRe Bank did originally have enough of an internal logic to attract dysfunctional non-thinking folk.
However, the increasing references to off-planet beings, faeries and the like, makes me wonder whether we are, in fact, witnessing a slow descent into madness (per David Icke).
