So at some point in the future we can expect to see some hilarious but poorly-shot footage of the CLC in action. But given that Ken rarely finishes what he starts I don't hold out too much hope. I wonder if by filming he breaches Section 41 of the 1925 Criminal Justice Act?

Probably not as the court has to be a real one. He concludes and I'm not sure which of Wendy's 4 questions he was turning his intellect to here, but he says;

Nothing will ever come of their verdicts, no punishment levied, no sentence carried out, no edict enforced.

But as always they provide a rich seam of unintended mirth - at their own expense.

The number that came up on my cell phone is a real HMRC number but it's clear they calling from a call centre, No mater how many times I told the caller I had no idea what she was talking about she kept stating there is a live warrant out for my arrest. Then she passed me over to a second person who said I had 45 mins to come up with £3500
I told him I need to arrange with my bank and I he will have to call me back?

I called 101 and my local police told me it's a scam they are trying to get people all over the country they have already scanned many to to the national police website and report it and give as much info as I can to try and help pin down the country they are calling from

The Misuss' sister works in Morrison's, they often get people trying to buy shedloads of giftcards, they call the rozzers on their behalf.

Apparently they phoned her and told her they were from HMRC and there was a warrant out for her arrest. They said she owed £7,500 and unless payment was made today she would be arrested. The number that came up on her phone was the actual number for the HMRC and she even googled it while talking to them on the phone.

She panicked and paid it on one of her credit cards. They then told her that it hadn't gone through and did she have a different card she could use. So she gave them the details of her second card. They done her for 2 lots of £7,500.

And this is a business woman who runs a small property empire worth £250k a year with her ex husband.

I'd like to think she's doing a chargeback? CC companies are usually on the ball in spotting these scams & hold the payments before veryfying with the cardholder. This scamming infuriates me, all originating from India but nothing is done about it by our treasonous regimes.

Another great youtube channel is Jim Browning, he takes things to another level by hacking into scammer PCs, finding victim names & calling them back. He's even witnwssed live scams & cut off calls himself before calling the victims. Elderly people are especially vunerable.
