THIS IS DIRECTLY FROM THE HORSE'S MOUTH: MK NEEDS MEDIA NOW! FOLKS, IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS TO REPORT THE RUMOR IS TRUE: MK COULD GO TO JAIL ON FRIDAY AND REMAIN IN JAIL DURING TRIAL!

Yesterday in Urbanna was not a very good day for MK. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Prosecution is attempting to revoke his bond. He is to appear in court on Friday July 6 for this to be addressed. Many ongoing injustices in the courtroom need to get to the media. MK has to be physically strong five days 9-5 PM. He also need additional medical assistance as well as daily dialysis. Currently, he is not strong, and his doctors are attempting a trial delay for MK to get his strength back up due to circulatory trouble in his legs. His doctors have advised MK that he needs to rest at least a couple of weeks to regain his strength before the trial. The Judge refused his doctor's request for a delay and says it WILL start on the 9th! McCuskey said yesterday that as far as he is concerned MK's "feet can drop during the trial." If they revoke his bond on the 6th, he will go directly to jail and have to stay in jail during the trial. Going to the media will expose the injustices of the government and McCuskey. Jury selection begins Friday (6th), with case starting next Monday (9th). MK is NOT going to plea bargain. THE MATERIAL MK HAS MUST BE PRESENTED IN COURT!

Barringer, MK's lawyer, has not been paid and is pissed off. He has asked to be released from the case, and McCuskey refused...not good to have an unpaid "cranky lawyer." Anytime Barringer has to do additional things; e.g., slapping a complaint on a Federal Judge for misconduct..this is not being done because it costs money. Springer is not being of assistance because they have not been paid according to their demands. Last year, MK assured them they would get their money, but the larger sum of money just hasn't materialized as fast as it did for CH when the "fear of no funding is CH is not out of jail" call went out on the internet.

This pre-trial has gone on for almost a year...MK is short about $100,000...this is BIG money. Each time they have to appear in Court the lawyer's time costs money...so naturally, they are pissed off justifiably so, but Bondage Breaker's Ministries knew the situation when they so eagerly took the case. When Barringer/Springer saw how Queener and Joel collected so much money ($125,000) for CH/McNabb, they are now really upset that MK didn't collect the same amount. So much for wanting the case "to let those FEDS/BANKERS have it." Not surprisingly, it has been the folks who didn't have two dimes to press together who have supported MK and his cause.

Understand this, let's assume MK has certain documents that can drop this case...it has to go to trial to be presented. There is enough evidence that once presented would IMPEACH ANYBODY who has turned state's evidence, but it is imperative that the information be given in Court to have the necessary effect. MK needs a very supportive attorney, which he does not have.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR LENDERS TO UNDERSTAND: There has been NO communication between CH and MK since CH went to jail on August 21, 2000. IF MK COULD SHARE AT THIS TIME WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING THE PROGRAM HE WOULD...BUT HE CAN'T, AND WE HAVE TO TRUST... AGAIN...THAT ALL IS WELL. MK HAS NO IDEA WHAT DEAL HAS BEEN MADE BETWEEN CH AND THE PROSECUTION. MK HAS NO IDEA WHY CH SOLD DIAMOND DOWN THE RIVER. HOWEVER, IT CONTINUES TO BE VERY OBVIOUS, THE PROSECUTION WOULD LIKE FOR MIKE'S HEALTH TO RAPIDLY DECLINE SO THE TRUTH CAN BE SUPPRESSED.

IN REGARD TO TOM MAGRO...MK DOES NOT WANT TO GET INVOLVED WITH HIM OR ANY VENDATTA MAGRO HAS WITH THE GOVERNMENT...MK HAS HIS OWN PROBLEMS! SO MAGRO WILL NO LONGER GET ANY AIRTIME ON AVITW. IT HAS BEEN TESTIFIED IN COURT THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN READING WHAT IS ON THE INTERNET FOR TWO-THREE YEARS. THEY ARE PROBABLY READING THIS...SO WHAT...THE TRUTH CANNOT BE SUPPRESSED FOREVER, AND THE INTERNET IS A GREAT PLACE FOR IT TO CIRCULATE. I HAVE REQUESTED THAT MK TELL US HIS STORY AS WELL AS TO THE TWO NEWSPAPER REPORTERS. I WILL KNOW LATER IF HE WILL GIVE IT TO US BEFORE HAVING TO APPEAR IN COURT ON FRIDAY. IF THE JUDGE IS EXHIBITING BLATANT MISCONDUCT, THEN ALL MEDIA AND BAR ASSOCIATIONS NEED TO BE NOTIFIED. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS, PLEASE COME FORTH AND GIVE YOUR ADVICE. MK WILL GET THIS INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY.

MK NEEDS TO GET LINKS WITH MAJOR MEDIA TO EXPOSE THE INJUSTICES WHICH ARE TAKING PLACE AS WELL AS TELL HIS STORY. HIS OFFICE WILL BE CONTACTING THE MATTOON AND URBANNA NEWSPAPER REPORTERS. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY CONTACTS IN THE MEDIA OR LAW ASSOCIATIONS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I PASS IT ALONG THROUGH PROPER CHANNELS.

A WHILE BACK MK ASKED FOR MEDIA AND THEN AFTER TALKING TO HIS LAWYER TOOK A DIFFERENT DIRECTION...NOW MK NEEDS THE MEDIA TO PRESENT HIS CASE. WE MUST DO THIS BEFORE FRIDAY'S COURT CASE. THE FEDERAL JUDGE IS OBVIOUSLY VERY PREJUDICED AND VERY UNSUPPORTIVE OF MK'S MEDICAL NEEDS. WHY? ARE THEY WANTING MK TO DIE? ARE THEY GOING AT ALL LENGTHS TO PREVENT HIM FROM DOING ANYMORE TRADES? WHY WOULDN'T THEY GIVE HIM THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS HIS DOCTORS ASK FOR AT THIS TIME? IF THIS PROGRAM ISN'T REAL WHY DID THE FEDS PLANT THE NY COURT STORY TO AROUSE DISSENSION WITHIN THE OMEGA TROOPS...JUST LIKE WHAT IS BEING CREATED WITH THE CALL FOR SILENCE. SOME PROGRAMS ARE BEING PREPARED FOR FUNDING. OMEGA, STARTED OUT AS ONE SUCH PROGRAM AND BECAME INCREDIBLY BIGGER THAN ALL THE OTHERS...BUT MK MUST PRESENT HIS TESTIMONY IN COURT!
