Hello Dear Friends,

It is 4:56 p.m. PST, 1-6-2001, and I am without any official communication about receiving my blessings from our program and without any part of my blessings or anything related to my blessings. Therefore, I am free of any breach of any Non Disclosure.

We are hearing some very interesting news from certain professional sources who are saying that SOME nations in the world have ALREADY PUBLICLY announced they are on the gold standard! We are hearing this means they have made the change to the new kind of currency/ banking system we have been hearing about. We are hearing that AUSTRALIA has PUBLICLY announced this, and a few others have made public announcements. We are hearing that other countries have made the switch but are waiting for the United States and will make their announcements at the same time the U.S. makes its announcement. This news tells us that the necessary events are happening and our blessings ARE moving toward us.

I am requesting that if YOU FOLKS IN AUSTRALIA or other countries HAVE HAD PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS about your country's own Treasury Bank system and/or going onto the "gold" or "precious metals" standard, PLEASE WRITE me. Please include an "excerpt" of the public government or bank system announcement or give me a website url where we can read it. I would like to have some kind of written press release to share with our group regarding this important improvement. Also, we are hearing that activities HAVE been going on to bring the Treasury Bank system in the 50 states into readiness. There are several major elements to having this happen and some of those are already complete. If you have access to [OMITTED], read the part about how the assets of the Fed. Res. are absorbed into the Treasury Dept. at a certain point -- this will help you to understand how this is working.

Everyone who is hearing rumors about the current/old central banking system possibly getting "renewed" -- RELAX. Everything IS ALREADY handled. It just may take a little while for the changes to show up in public. Things are going just the way WE need them to go for our blessings and our greater liberty!

By the way, we were told that more info would be added to the [OMITTED] website -- www.[OMITTED].com -- at the RIGHT TIME. I was told the website was UNAVAILABLE at one point recently this week -- I just checked later and it was available again. At some point fairly soon, I do expect it will be unavailable while more info is added -- info we will all find interesting!

I'm hearing all kinds of worries, fears, and rumors about things some politicians and others might be doing to cause problems or harm our blessings. Some of this is confused information, rumor based on incomplete information, pure speculation, and some sounds like purposely planted disinformation. I'm hearing the attempt to tax our blessings has been stopped; an attempt to get an injunction (to stop our blessings' movement) has also failed. From what I am hearing, the White Knights ARE handling all the "real" issues, and are continuing to safeguard our blessings.

This week I received a happy surprise. I was told to relay the message from the White Knights of a "commendation" to us for all our prayers and meditations supporting their efforts and CALMING the Weather! I was told that they know our prayers and meditations have definitely helped! The White Knights said to pass on a big "THANK YOU" to all of us for our prayers and meditations!!!!

Some of you have written me asking for information on the World Court, which is also known as the International Court of Justice. The World Court generally has jurisdiction in matters of issue BETWEEN countries and matters involving numerous countries. The World Court is located in a city called "The Hague", which is in the Netherlands. Only specially qualified attorneys can handle cases in the World Court, however, most attorneys are aware of the World Court. Because our program is a worldwide program, AND it is holding up the funding of all 68 programs worldwide, the ONLY court with full jurisdiction is the World Court. We are hearing the World Court is continuing to take action on legal issues to clear the path for our blessings to come to us.

From what I am hearing, there are MANY factors that impact our receiving our blessings -- the banking world, governments, legal issues, politics, economic systems, money transfers -- SO MANY things are part of the big picture. From what I am hearing, nearly all factors have been dealt with or are in the process of being handled now. I'm told the White Knights are continuing to deal with many issues behind the scenes and all IS moving forward as each issue is handled.

Things are looking very good for us and what I'm hearing from the last World Court meeting is very positive. I'm unable to give you a time, except to say KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN -- things are set to move forward very quickly when the time is right within a fortnight.

I was asked to do a summary of reminders for all of us -- PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR OWN EXPERT LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE. Below are reminders of issues we need to consider. There's lots more to think about -- this is a BASIC list of considerations:

1. I'm hearing both sovereigns and non-sovereigns state they are signing for the delivery of the envelope(s) with just their normal signature. Signing documentation actually connected to our blessings is another matter -- I will be obtaining expert advice on this subject, and taking into account whether we are already under Constitutional Law at that time.

2. We need to carefully read all Non Disclosures (ND) and make sure we understand EVERY word, phrase, and requirement FULLY. Have an attorney knowledgeable in contract law and/or international investing help us understand each ND we sign so that we can stay free of breaching our ND. (I have been told we may have a "delivery ND", the ND for our program, and possibly other NDs for other blessings we are receiving.)

3. We are hearing the ND says during the ND period (180 days, we hear) to AVOID telling anyone that our blessings came from our program. This means we totally avoid using or saying the name of our program during this time. We also must avoid admitting anything about where our blessings come from if anyone ASKS us questions about our blessings. We must pretend for the ND period that we totally lack any knowledge of our program.

If anyone asks us from "where" our blessings come, I'm told we can say, "I have a great windfall; I'm under Non Disclosure about the source, AND, I have Triple-C documentation from the bank stating that the funds are clean, clear, and non-criminal in origin." ALL anyone deserves to know is that the funds are CLEAN, and we all will have documentation proving this. That's all we have to tell them.

4. Obtain 10-12 certified copies of the Triple-C documentation for your funds from the bank - request these on your FIRST visit and, if necessary, give them a day or so to get them ready. The bank MUST give us this documentation -- it's part of their responsibility and service. Keep the copies in various safe locations away from the bank. We need "Triple-C documentation" from our bank when we transfer funds and it certifies that our blessings are "clean, clear, and non-criminal" in origin. In other words, our blessings are clean money.

5. Regarding any gold certificates we may have, PLEASE GET EXPERT ADVICE ON THIS. This is a kind of asset with which most of us are unfamiliar. I've heard that the ND and instructions may include information about what we are able to do regarding any assets of this kind. When we see this information ourselves, we will know what our options are.

IF we have bearer bonds or gold certificates and "if" we keep them in any bank, I'm told we need to have a notarized statement (4-6 copies with original signatures and dated by the top two bank officers on bank stationery/form and a copy front & back of the certificates/bonds), as to the amount of these bonds/certificates we have in the bank and that these bonds/certificates are being kept in the VAULT.

I've been told this is the only way to hold the bank responsible "IF" bonds or certificates disappear somehow. Again, please get your own EXPERT ADVICE on this and take appropriate steps to safeguard any assets of this type.

I'm hearing some people also keep these kinds of bearer bonds/certificates in PERSONAL SAFES in secure locations and have at least one original of the bond/certificate and one copy of the bond/certificate with original signatures and/or other certification. I'm told it's best to keep the original in one PERSONAL SAFE location and the copy in another PERSONAL SAFE location.

6. If a STRANGER calls or visits us to offer investment services, humanitarian projects, or to "confirm" or "audit" that we received our blessings, -- THIS IS A RED FLAG! Hang up or shut the door immediately and avoid admitting receiving your blessings.

The IRS will be GONE by the time we arrive at the bank, I'm told. Therefore, anyone pretending to be a tax auditor or someone from the delivery service confirming you received -- THESE are TRICKS to try to get us to breach our ND and lose our blessings! Refuse to talk with them.

7. Security of ourselves, our homes, and our families must be handled. Some lenders, who have already received, have had strangers walk up to their doors offering investment services (BEWARE of SCAM ARTISTS) or asking for handouts. These people obtained the lenders' names illegally -- our names and addresses are supposed to be kept confidential. We all need to take security precautions - electronic security systems at home and offices, and personal security of children and elderly family members. Some residential areas are more secure than others -- we need to consider these things when we buy new homes.

8. Please get EXPERT ADVICE regarding putting our blessings into other financial entities -- such as foundations, etc., -- rather than our personal names, to increase our privacy from annoying or dangerous contacts. I'm told there will be new options in financial entities. I'm hearing that it's wise to AVOID putting our blessings in just ONE entity. For added safety, I'm hearing it's good to use more than one firm to assist us in setting up various financial entities, have more than one legal expert involved, and set up entities in various safe countries.

A "financial entity" is a trust, foundation, company, etc., into which we place our blessings so that we have more personal privacy and more diversification of our blessings. Definitely, we want to avoid "putting all our eggs in one basket". I'm hearing it's extremely important that we PERSONALLY approve EVERY DETAIL of all our financial entities, to avoid possible losses. With a trust, WE must know Every Detail, WHO the trustees are and what their powers are, and make sure WE have control of the funds at all times. If we have an unscrupulous trust or trustee, our blessings can be stolen from us. If what I'm hearing is correct, we may have better and new options surfacing -- we need to keep our eyes and ears open about these kinds of things.

9. BEING QUIET and PRIVATE about our good fortune, especially during the ND period, is key. I'm told we can give gifts to others (see ND for details) and we need to do these things PRIVATELY without fanfare and publicity. Also, important to take our time and get educated about our options before we make any decisions. Stay quiet and research what our options are and GET EXPERT ADVICE based on CURRENT conditions. It may take a few months for some of the major improvements to be completed.

The ND period, I'm told, is 180 days for our main blessings; and there are some other timeframes, I'm told, in the instructions. We need to take the first few months to fully understand the instructions and, based on CURRENT conditions, the best options for each of us. Some of the good options today may be unattractive once the IRS is abolished -- so we will want to make our decisions based on CURRENT conditions.

10. Avoid saying anything to anyone about the amounts we are receiving -- this is another key point in the ND, I'm told. Avoid talking on unsecure phone lines, in email, chat, or faxes -- avoid discussing anything about our amounts or that our blessings are coming from our program. There are ways to tap into all our communications. We need to get encrypted communications capabilities (a standard procedure for many rich people) to talk to our legal/financial advisors and others.

Some of us plan to communicate about doing projects together and this kind of communication must be done via encrypted communications. After reading the ND, to avoid any possibility of breaching the ND, we may decide to do small projects individually and after the 180 days, get together to do bigger projects. We need to be very careful about all our communications.

11. Watch the changes in our country and the world -- keep track of changes in laws and banking systems. Research what we need to do with our offshore blessings and take appropriate action. 12. AND, let's all take some time and RELAX and recharge ourselves. BE HAPPY, enjoy life and our loved ones.

I'm feeling "an attitude of gratitude" is the BEST place we can be when we do our prayers and meditations, right now. Truly, Friends, our prayers ARE being answered -- and in bigger and better ways than we ever dreamed possible. Someday soon we will all SEE for ourselves our amazing abundance and many additional blessings for all of us! Let's continue to AFFIRM that we know our wonderful abundant blessings are ALREADY OURS and that the weather is calm as all deliveries proceed!

WE ARE SO THANKFUL for the wonderful blessings we are receiving and for the opportunity to live our dreams, and assist everyone in living their dreams, of a much better world for all in happy peace, love, harmony, liberty, sovereignty, wisdom, prosperity, and cooperation worldwide."

I am hearing that around 100 countries are switching to currency systems based on "precious metals" -- generally referred to as "on the gold standard". Also, other countries may be changing central banking systems, as we are in the 50 states, and using a government treasury bank type system, such as we are going to. There may also be other improvements -- I'm hearing about numerous additional improvements for the 50 states.
