Rumors, Rumors & More Rumors!!! We wish there was some way to stop these EVER CHANGING stories that are constantly being circulated by those who are either TOTALLY blind or have another hidden agenda. They are trying to cause division among the lenders and create doubt as to the need for US TO UNITE together in the SUPPORT of this trial facing Clyde and the other 18 defendants! But please remember, most of these rumors are RECYCLED RUMORS we have all heard before. The TRUTH will be known in due time!

NO MATTER what ANY rumor writer has to say it does not change the fact that this TRIAL IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE & support IS NEEDED! It's your choice if you believe the RUMORS that funding can/are taking place even though CH is in jail.

UNTIL THEN whether you believe the rumors that funding is today, tomorrow, next week, or anytime now, or you put your trust in the FACT that funding will not take place till AFTER the trial is over and CH is released - YOUR SUPPORT IS STILL NEEDED. It all boils down to this one point, CH is the FOUNDER of our program "Omega", THIS IS REASON ENOUGH TO HELP HIM IN HIS HOUR OF NEED and in the long run Help all those who have worked so hard for us over the years putting and keeping this program together.

We would like to ENCOURAGE all LARGE LENDERS in Omega to step forward for this cause and send in your SUPPORT! We ALL have much to lose here, our FREEDOM of CHOICE in the investment world, the LOSS OF OUR PROGRAM, and 19 lives THAT WILL BE "FOREVER CHANGED" and "RUINED" if we do not make sure they have the quality of representation that is MANDITORY to win a case backed by the power that be!

Any large lenders and/or supporters that are willing to donate a large sum of money, please contact one of us at Friends Of Omega Newsletter. We will speak to you directly and put you in contact with those who can help answer your questions.

Please continue to send in your support as often as you can. Even if you only have a few dollars, every dollar counts. If we all did what we could AFFORD every week, we would wipe out the balance due before you know it. And like we have said before, if you absolutely do not have the means to send in any financial support, there are another ways to support the cause. Stay positive in spreading the word for the need for support and continue to keep CH, BW, MK. and the other 16 defendants in your daily prayers.

To all who are interested to know..

The 'Recovery Group' is not telling the truth on CH's situation.. The truth is that CH needs a retainer to keep the Attorney working through the May trial.. CH's assets have all been frozen and he can not pay for his Attorney where he sits at present.. Please be careful who's e-mails you pass on, as passing on the wrong information means you maybe backing it and encouraging others to believe false stories, if we don't help CH we can't get him out and then get funded, simple as that.. Now don't say I didn't tell you when it's all too late..

We just received am email that was forwarded to us. In this email it is stated that Little Kiwi NEVER USES THE INTERNET. We have copy/pasted a section of that email to show how little some people really know:

First of all, SHE IS AND HAS been contacting everyone she knows from Europe & the USA. And her friends in Europe ARE doing their part to help support CH's Legal Defense. And I don't know who or where this person who wrote that statement gets HIS/HER information from, but they have NO IDEA what they are talking about! Well, they did get one thing right she is from Down Under....

1. Kiwi corresponds with us almost on a daily basis VIA EMAIL. Joel has corresponded with her for approximately 3 years.
2. Kiwi has WORKED DIRECTLY with the CH GROUP from the beginning and she is, IN FACT, how we were able to get in contact with CH.
3. Kiwi is also on ICQ
4. Kiwi has visited our chat room many times.
5. Kiwi is very FAMILIAR with the Internet and actually works on line and knows more about computers than most of us.

You know it's TRULY SAD that people have nothing better to do than find ways to discredit innocent people who are only trying TO HELP OTHERS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED!!!
