Dear Friends,

A ROUGH DRAFT OF OUR NEWSLETTER was sent out to several earlier today by mistake. Please discard any Newsletter that was sent dated 2/11/01. THIS WAS A ROUGH DRAFT THAT WAS BEING VERIFIED AND APPROVED that was sent out by mistake by someone who thought it was the FINAL APPROVED COPY. It was an honest mistake but since there were some corrections & additions to be made, we felt an explanation was needed.

Please note there have been changes and additions to THE ROUGH DRAFT VERSION DATED 2/11/01. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone. Thank you.

We have always tried to respond to as many questions as time would allow through private email to our readers. Recently, information that was written to private individuals has been posted to many public forums. As a team of writers, we feel the time has come to only post answers to your questions through this newsletter forum. We believe this will prove to be a much more professional approach on our behalf.

Once again, we have been bombarded with the continuing influx of the latest and greatest "Omega Rumor Mill Propaganda". We all know that each time the battle cry for help is extended for our Leaders, a new rumor 'player' will most likely show up on the scene and/or 'old' rumors will be pulled from the shelf and polished up & tweaked with a little bit more gravy and then redistributed.

In the past we have used our newsletter to help raise funds for MK through the Springer Ministry when MK was in dire straights. We have tried to be fair & supportive of all those involved in the indictments, NOT JUST ONE INDIVIDUAL. OUR FOCUS HAS NOT CHANGED - we still have the best interest at heart for 'OMEGA' and ALL those involved. And the truth of the matter is if Clyde is successful it will pave the way for all the others, considering that Clyde is the founder of 'Omega'.

~~Why then would the very Ministry we helped in the past now try to pit one defendants needs over the other? We did not state that MK was no longer in need of financial support by requesting support for Clyde!

~~Questioning Clyde's need for support on the INTERNET is extremely unprofessional, especially considering both are fighting for the same end result - The release of all 19 defendants and the funding of Omega.

~~Does this 'Ministry' not understand what happens when ALL your assets are frozen?

~~Why would this 'Ministry' not be supportive of CH retaining such an attorney as Mr. McNabb which could be made possible (and actually has been made possible) through the support many have given due to the support request for Clyde over the past two weeks?

~~ Are we not all fighting the same battle here? Professionally speaking - ALL PARTIES NEED TO GET ON THE SAME PAGE - THIS IS NOT A GAME. THIS IS REALITY.

WE WILL NEVER COMPLETELY STOP THE RUMORMONGORS:

As long as people listen, and continue to support their cause - these rumormongers will continue their PROPAGANDA campaign. It's time many of you stop riding the fence and let good old common sense help you make a decision as to what you TRULY STAND FOR!!!

TAKE A LOOK AT THE RUMOR MILL SINCE MR. McNABB was named as Clyde's new attorney and the request for Clyde's defense support was made:

**The "Imminent Funding" rumor mill has been put into FULL speed ahead - A RECYCLED RUMOR!

**Intimate details of Non-Disclosure have been OPENLY Discussed in public via email and message boards - A RECYCLED RUMOR! Just how do they get these details from some, many, few or however they word it, when THEY are supposedly UNDER SUCH STRICT NON- DISCLOSURE? And then there is that 'Professional' Banking Person giving highly classified information that is then shared on the Internet for ALL TO SEE!!!

**Statements have been made saying some have already lost their pack after being approached by strangers, etc. - A RECYCLED RUMOR!

**They continue to say Clyde doesn't have to be out of jail for funding to take place. Yet, FUNDING HASN'T AND ISN'T TAKING PLACE!!! This statement has been verified straight from the top that CH does have to be released from jail in order for funding to take place.

**Clyde's 'support needs' have been downplayed and attacked by some of the very same people who have continually lied to all about 'imminent funding' over and over again. Wouldn't it make better sense to support Clyde's legal defense considering he is the reason there will even be a blessing?

It appears that just maybe 'Friends of Omega Newsletter' has FINALLY hit a nerve instilling a haunting fear in those who are working so diligently for the demise and the destruction of Omega. By telling the truth and bringing it out in the open to the Lender's attention - wouldn't you agree that we are giving them more than just FANCY VERBIAGE and text book argumentative propaganda!

I have had a lot of dealings with people over seas and know the German and Netherlands lenders; some call me every day to see how O is going. I have talked to them today and NO ONE in Germany the Netherlands or all of Europe have received Pkts. NO ONE they told me. Just another rumor..

THE TRUTH TABLE

1. Clyde Hood has always offered any lender his money back, up until the time he was placed in jail. Up to that point hundreds have asked for and RECEIVED REFUNDS!

2. The Omega Trial is scheduled to begin May 7, 2001, in Springfield, Illinois. (This is documented in & by the Urbana, Illinois court clerk)

3. All 19 defendants are charged with various crimes pertaining to Omega, 4 of which are incarcerated in the Dewitt County Illinois jail. The other 15 are out on bail. (This is documented in the Urbana Court Records)

4. ALL assets of these people have been frozen and an injunction is set in place. (This is documented in the Urbana Court Records.)

Clyde's assets were frozen as of August 2000 and will not be released until this case has been brought to a court of law and a settlement is reached. If the case is lost all the defendants face prison terms, their assets will be forfeited and any monies in Omega will not be paid to the lenders.

5. Honorable Michael McCusky is the judge that is trying this case.

6. Two US Attorneys are involved, Sanchez & Hansen. (These are the only two we know about, but they can bring in as many as they want to because they have the 'Tax Payers' money to work with!)

7. Mr. McNabb has been formally retained as the attorney for Clyde Hood's legal defense. (It is imperative to all involved that CH's case MUST BE won, which will in turn help all 19 as a whole).

8. Mr. McNabb's retainer fee is $125,000.00. Approximately $19,500 has been collected to date. We have almost met our first deadline of $25,000. This amount was due by Feb. 9th, but Mr. McNabb accepted a portion of it with the remaining portion of the first $25,000 due by the end of this week. We still have a long way to go, but we have complete confidence we will reach our goal THANKS to the generosity of those who HAVE and WILL continue to dig deep in order to support a CAUSE WORTH WINNING. This amount was verified through George Queener as of this morning.

9. The charges against all 19 defendants are very similar. VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE -->And only ONE trial is scheduled for all 19 - not 19 separate trials. (This is documented in the Urbana Court Records)

Note: Common sense Conclusion - if Clyde is convicted on the Omega charges all 18 others will be convicted also. Also, and most importantly, if Clyde is cleared of all charges all 18 others will be cleared as well - and that is what we are fighting so hard to accomplish!

10. The Mattoon and the Urbana newspapers, and the government web sites have already convicted the indicted by all of their publicly printed opinionated comments.

11. The truth is NO ONE has been proven guilty of anything to date. You can also see how they are desperately trying to stack the deck in the courts favor by placing Clyde in jail, not allowing him out on bond, freezing his assets, intimidating his previous attorney and causing him to resign, & by calling Omega a 'Scam' before any proof was brought before a jury in a court of law the legal way. What kind of justice is this?

OTHER COMMENTS:

àUnder the Constitution of the USA it doesn't matter what one is charged with, they are entitled to a fair trial under our judicial system. All 19 defendants who were arrested are 'INNOCENT' until proven guilty by a jury in a court of law. The press and the prosecution have already convicted them through all the propaganda they have released through newspaper articles and through the Internet via 'rumormongers'. Are we the ordinary lenders going to stand by and do nothing and let this happen?

àHow can Clyde or the other 18 be given a fair trial when their assets are frozen leaving them unable to attain the level of professional representation this type of trial requires? THUS THE NEED FOR US TO STEP IN AND SUPPORT HIM WITH THE FUNDS THAT HE NEEDS TO WIN THIS CASE!!

àThose that are incarcerated can't attain any funds in jail by means of a job, and can't access ANY OF THEIR MONIES due to assets being frozen.

àNow ask yourself this question, "What if I were NOT able to retrieve ANY of my assets in order to defend myself leaving ME with the choice of using a PUBLIC DEFENDER in a county who's media has already convicted me?

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT:

A man once told his son that there were two entities inside of every person. There is the entity of good & there is the entity of bad. He also told his son if he fed his mind with those things that stand for truth, that his good entity would be who and what he would stand for in life. But if he fed his mind with rumors, lies and gossip, then he would feed the bad entity, which is what he would become and what he would stand for in life.

There comes a definite time in one's life when each of us must consciously decide what we allow ourselves to believe and ultimately become! We can only hope that the rumormongers would begin to feed on the truth at hand and face the reality of the situation.

WHY DO RUMORMONGERS WEAR DARK SUNGLASSES & HIDE BEHIND THE PSEUDO SCREEN NAMES AND THE DARK ALLIES OF THE INTERNET?

The Internet gives them the illusion that they have power and suffering this delusion that power means something, the spotlight blinds them to reality.

They have no accountability or responsibility when the rumor ends up a big lie.

To all of you who read this, "How many of you ever heard one of these 'rumormongers' offer a reason why their "RUMORS' did not come about without having to spread another rumor to cover their first one?"

ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS TO YOURSELF:

1. Think of 3 people you enjoy spending time with
2. Name 10 people who have taught you something worthwhile
3. Name five friends who have helped you in a difficult situation
4. List a few teachers who gave help on your journey through school
5. Name a half dozen heroes whose stories inspired you

Funny thing none of these people wore dark sunglasses or hid behind an Internet wall of deceit The people who make a difference in our lives are not rumormongers or attention junkies, but instead are those who guide & help through truth not having to disguise themselves or what they stand for.
