Hi Friends,
Under Mike and Karyn's Cease and Desist order ...they are
not allowed to discuss their case with anyone nor are they
media. Therefore it's up to you and I ..the Lender's
to go to the media with our feelings that we are upset about
how this case is being handled.
We also need you to write letters to the Judge, telling him
how cruel he is...as a human being not considering the
serious health condition of Mike Kodosky and the need of his
daughter Kayrn to stay at home to care for him.

that Jerold Barringer is the BEST, and wants to keep
him, and that Mike feels that with Barringer ....he can BEAT
THIS CASE!!!
I will keep a record of everyone's name and I will submit
your donations to Mr. Barringer personally. Please

cash or just plain cash.
A Criminal Attorney has to deposit it in large amounts at
one time.
The funds that are needed for the Attorney must be in his
possession before the trial starts, so as you can see....WE
ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME.....the jury selection starts on the
9th of Julu, and opening statements for the trial are supposed
to start on the 11th of July.
Mike is fighting the FIGHT OF HIS LIFE, and also FOR YOU AND

I have spent many, many hours in the courtroom with Mike &
Karyn thruout this ordeal, and I honestly don't know how much
more these people can handle. I am forced to agree with
Truth Warrior's words tonite in their letter.
Is the Judge trying to kill this man. I have seen Mike's
condition detiorate more each and everytime that I see him.
His feet are so swollen with the circulatory problems that
he is having that he can barely stand from the wheelchair
to get into the car.
This is the most heartbreaking situation I have ever seen
in my Life. I realize that it's hard for many of you
to understand what I am telling you because you are not here
to see it with your own eyes. But please, please trust
me when I tell you, Mike's condition is very, very serious.
PLEASE FORWARD, FAX AND CALL EVERY LENDER THAT YOU KNOW.....WE
CAN DO THIS FRIENDS.....I KNOW WE CAN DO THIS, WITH YOUR FINANCIAL
